    I bought a few of these. They are well made and so very cute. My only quam is that the "window" is plastic and not made of glass. In my opinion that would make these a really treasured keepsake.

    Thanks for your comment! There are pluses and minuses to both glass and plastic for the 'crystal' of the watch cases. I agree, glass seems more authentic and durable; on the other hand, plastic is lighter in weight and easier to remove if you wish to use the piece without a cover over your chosen contents. This item is shipped with a temporary transparent plastic film on the 'crystal,' to protect it from being scratched while you are working with it.
